Welcome to Kwip (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kwip website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Malta to use our services.

3. Services

Kwip provides a ride-hailing platform connecting riders with licensed drivers in Malta. We are not a transportation provider. We facilitate connections between riders and independent drivers.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Payments & Pricing

Ride fares are calculated transparently at the time of booking. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, Kwip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
